Leak detection - Trace and Discover - £90 / hour

Dye trace and camera inspection to discover source of water leaks

Toilet / WC unblocking - Fixed fee £120

When booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Includes mechanical cleaning for waste pipes - up to 5 metres from toilet pan.

Kitchen sink tap replacement - £80.00

Covers cost to replace the kitchen tap with customer supplied faucet / tap.

Shower seal door replacement - £90.00

Replacing the rubber/plastic seals on a shower door.

Plumbing Health Check - £90.00

Full inspection of home water plumbing to identify any issues with water supply and drainage - proactive maintenance. Includes written report.

Kitchen or Bathroom drain unblocking - Fixed fee £90.00

When booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Includes mechanical cleaning for waste pipes - up to 2 metres from sink plug.

General Electrical Repairs - £90.00 / hour

Repairs to electrical circuits where NO CHANGES to the DB are required.

Electrical Appliance installation - £90/hour

Installing appliances which are required to be connected to an electrical outlet.

Electrical Testing fault detection - £120 / hour

Investigative testing for fault detection.

Report writing - £50.00 / hour

Where necessary, reports will be provided.
